2/20/13 - Passport received! (vacation date 2/23, just made it!)
2/15/13 - Passport request submitted
2/15/13 - Legal name change court date
2/10/13 - COC reopen request approved
10/5/12 - COC case under review
8/11/12 - Submitted request to reopen COC case
6/27/12 - COC case denied as abandoned (missed deadline to send info)
3/13/12 - COC request for additional info
11/11/11 - Submitted paperwork for updated Certificate of Citizenship

6/21/11 - U.S. Embassy appointment
5/24/11 - Fingerprints arrive at the Embassy!
5/10/11 - Case cleared! Waiting for fingerprints
5/3/11 - USCIS fingerprints (walked in!)

4/19/11 - New fingerprint appointment requested
3/18/11 - Passed court!
3/11/11 - Court Date
12/3/10 - Referral!
3/23/10 - Dossier officially registered with MOWA!
3/3/10 - Dossier leaves DC for Ethiopia
2/19/10 - Dossier leaves agency for DC consulate
2/17/10 - Dossier arrived at agency
2/16/10 - Authenticated documents at SOS
2/12/10 - Received I-171H approval
1/22/10 - Fingerprinting at immigration
12/24/09 - Home Study sent to immigration
12/15/09 - 3rd Home Study meeting
12/10/09 - Submitted I-600A to immigration
12/2/09 - 2nd Home Study meeting
11/16/09 - Signed adoption contract
11/10/09 - 1st Home Study meeting
10/21/09 - Submitted formal application
10/8/09 - Received clearance from oncologist
9/21/09 - Preliminary application to agency
8/26/09 - Last day of radiation, first phone calls to agencies
